Whether you live in a studio flat or a mansion, Eurasat Limited realise you are an individual with individual needs and we pride ourselves on our level of customer service. Before being allowed to carry out installations in customers properties, all engineers undergo training in aerial and satellite installations, health and safety and working at heights. All engineers are provided with company mobile phones enabling them to keep in touch with the office and their days' customers with updates on ETA's etc. ID cards are carried by all engineers for your piece of mind. We are CAI "PLUS" members, requiring our staff to have been trained in the above as well as having adequate public liability insurance as well as having been awarded a "clean bill of health" from Disclosures Scotland. We are currently in the process of having all staff screened by Disclosures Scotland.
Most of our work is by means of recommendation, which indicates satisfied customers. We carry out work on behalf of a number of high end stores such as Bang & Olufsen and Sony as well as specialist Audio Video stores, TV retailers, electrical contractors, builders, developers, property management companies and even other aerial companies.
As members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries we carry out all work to very high standards using only benchmarked equipment including cable. All aerials are digital compatable, whether you are in a digital reception area or not, and are ready for the analogue switch over beginning in 2008. (The Poole area will become fully digital on or before March 2012).
